Pre-Fabrication Payment: There is an initial 50% upfront payment due before fabrication of your kit begins. Fabrication begins within 45 days after receipt of this payment.

Post-Fabrication Payment: 45% of the total price is due immediately after fabrication of your kit is complete. This payment is due prior to the shipment of the kit materials.

No, The Hemp Abode’s Plan Set and Permitting Package includes all building plan requirements including an engineered foundation plan for permitting in your local jurisdiction. So, you won't have to hire an outside architect or engineer. It's all done for you.

All costs for assembly, whether completed by The Hemp Abode’s White Glove Assembly team or third-party subcontractor are priced separately and are additional to the listed kit prices.
