Hemp Materials by Hempitecture
All wall panels are fabricated using hempitecture's patented Hempwool, and exterior/interior grade rigid PlantPanels. Hempitecture produces sustainable, non-toxic insulation products designed to reduce the carbon footprint in the built environment. Their products, including HempWool PlantPanels X and I, are made from carbon-sequestering, rapidly renewable hemp plant fibers. These materials help restore rural agriculture and support healthier, low-impact construction practices. HempWool offers excellent thermal performance (R-3.7/in), high dimensional stability, and easy installation, making it suitable for walls, floors, and ceilings. It contains no harmful substances like formaldehyde or VOCs, ensuring a healthier indoor environment. Other products, such as PlantPanel, provide effective acoustic and thermal insulation, contributing to more sustainable and comfortable living spaces. All materials are eco-friendly, recyclable, and non-toxic, making them ideal for green building projects aimed at decarbonizing the construction industry.
Exterior Finishes by Biolime
All wall panels come prefinished with a choice of colors in BioLime's exterior grade natural lime plasters. BioLime lime plasters and mortars offer several advantages over conventional cement-based materials. Made from ocean minerals like limestone, BioLime has a unique ability to expand, contract, and self-heal due to its oxygen-rich crystalline structure. This makes it particularly beneficial for handling seasonal expansion and contraction, unlike cement stucco, which tends to crack. BioLime is also breathable, allowing moisture to permeate and prevent issues like spalling, peeling, and mold growth common in non-permeable coatings. Its ability to regulate moisture and heat, combined with its natural composition, reduces energy demands and supports healthier, more durable wall systems.
Interior Finishes by American Clay
All wall panels are finished with a choice of colors in American Clay's natural plasters. American Clay plasters are a natural, non-toxic alternative to traditional interior finishes like paint, wallpaper, cement, and acrylic. Made in the U.S.A., these plasters come in eight different finishes, offer a wide range of colors and textures, and provide a unique depth that enhances the aesthetic of any room. Beyond their beauty, American Clay plasters help regulate indoor humidity by absorbing and releasing moisture, creating a more comfortable living environment. They are warm in winter and cool in summer, contributing to healthier indoor air quality. These plasters offer enhanced durability, resist dirt, grime, fading, and mold.
